JulianAt Blessington I am a traine technician, I'm in training currently but I'm progressing.


l RicomaWhat Blessington does in Australia?

JulianBlessington is sort of an all-in-one SEWING / EMBROIDERY dealership. And we sell lots and lots of different brands of machines topeople all over Australia.


l RicomaHow's the progress of the training at Ricoma?

JulianI found it great the whole team here has been very helpful. The technicians alongside of the translators have done a great job working together in training me.


l RicomaWhat's your comment on Ricoma's product?

JulianI think Ricoma products have everything. Someone would need to have in terms of maybe starting their own serious business in terms of embroidering and designing their own custom t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and anything.


l RicomaDo you have any comments on Ricoma's service team?

JulianYes, although there's a bit of a language barrier.

It's been great in terms of helping me understand and just I've got everything I need to know.


l RicomaHow does your company benefit from Ricoma tech support?

JulianAs a business partner of Ricoma, Ricoma has been great in guiding us into helping our customers and also any problems with the machines. The Ricoma service team has been great in getting those all solved.

JulianI would just say keep it up, keep going. Yeah, it's been it's good already.
