We start off by explaining the two main types of caps, and the differences between them in terms of style and popularity. We then discuss the difference between a five panel and six panel cap, and how it might affect your embroidery process. Next, we tackle Dad Caps! After explaining what a Dad Cap is, we go over the specific kinds of devices and accessories and supplies you’ll need for the embroidery process. We give a detailed demo of the full embroidery process on a Dad Cap from beginning to end, before showing the finished product. We then go on to embroider on a polyester six-panel low profile Baseball Cap. We explain it’s particular qualities and how it might be different to embroider than the Dad Cap, as well as other structured caps. After that, we take a look at a fan favorite - Snapback Caps! We explain what supplies you’ll need and how they might differ from those we’ve used previously, as well as the difference between a five-panel and six-panel snapback cap. Next up, we show you the Richardson 112 Trucker Hat, the most rigid style we embroider on during this video. Lastly, we look at the 100% polyester and nylon Foam Trucker Hat.
