Along the way, we’ll show you the entire process of embroidering a bulk order of polos. We'll go over the materials we recommend using, as well as several amazing tools that you can use to make left chest logo placement more efficient. We’ll also tell you a bit about Garmeo, Ricoma’s sister company and apparel decorating service that allows users to turn their creative designs into cool custom clothing. We start by going over exactly what materials you’ll need for this bulk project, from stabilizer to hoops and everything in between. We also go over some of the technical specifications of the MT-1502 Multi-Head Embroidery Machine that we’ll be using for this project. We then show you how to prep your first garment for embroidery using the Embroiderer’s Helper, which provides a more accurate left-chest logo placement. After hooping our garment, we go over the benefits to using a multi-head machine like the MT-1502 for a project like this. We also talk about why it’s a good idea to keep your single-head machine if you’re upgrading to a multi-head. While our first two polo shirts are being embroidered, we go over some tips for reducing downtime and ramping up your efficiency during the bulk embroidery process.

While the machine finishes the last of our shirts, we take the opportunity to tell you a bit about Garmeo, an apparel decorating service that allows users to turn their creative designs into cool custom clothing. Those orders are then routed to nearby vendors to fulfill, who in turn make a percentage of the profit. Kind of Uber for custom apparel!
